We are also there for you and at your side in everyday life. Our wide range of support and assistance services at Service-Wohnen Paulinen-Hof include:

- Arrangement of hairdresser, massage, physiotherapy, chiropody and therapy offers by arrangement
- Arrangement and coordination of household and medical care
- Organization of offers in the area of leisure, health, culture and pastoral care.
In the GFO Center Klostergarten Bornheim - Wohnen & Pflege St. Elisabeth there is a recreation room which can be used by the tenants at any time. Together, Wohnen & Pflege St. Elisabeth and Service-Wohnen Paulinen-Hof form the GFO Center Klostergarten Bornheim.
The basic service in our Service-Wohnen Paulinen-Hof includes minor handicrafts - material costs are not included. Services in the handicraft area include, for example, changing a light bulb, connecting the washing machine, attaching pictures and other minor tasks. Services to the extent of two hours per month are included in the rental price.
Services beyond this are subject to a charge and are part of the optional service - for example, larger repairs, services and works. We will be happy to inform you about the prices in a personal conversation.
At Service-WohnenPaulinen-Hof, we offer you security around the clock. Should you need help or support, an emergency call system is available in every apartment.
This means you can get expert help at any time and be cared for if necessary.
Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system with intercom contact; this ensures quick and competent help at all times.
The offers and services of our housekeeping service at Service-Wohnen Paulinen-Hof are optional services. We will be happy to inform you personally about the respective fees.
These optional services include, among others:
- Cleaning of the apartment
- Errands
- Laundry care
- Delivery of beverages and bread rolls
- Escort services
- Car parking space
We offer you a varied, healthy and tasty cuisine, which is prepared by our partner Gourmetplan in the Cook & Chill process. Here, if health-related, different food forms are possible. You have the possibility to eat lunch together with other tenants of the house in the cafeteria of the GFO Zentrum Wohnen & Pflege St. Elisabeth or have lunch brought to your apartment. You will receive a weekly menu from which you can choose between 2 menus each day. This includes appetizer and dessert.
